The news comes in the wake of revelations that Chad Johnson's shoulder injury is worse than initially advertised. It should be noted that Rudi Johnson's availability almost certainly has more than a little to do with Chris Perry's emergence as a viable option as a No. 1 tailback. The big question, of course, is whether teams around the league will be interested in a veteran running back with hamstring issues. And if they are, the next question would be whether they'd be willing to give up a "real" receiver to land him. It all sounds like a huge reach to us.
