Ryan, newly anointed as the Falcons' starting quarterback, came out of a minor auto accident unscathed Wednesday morning.

As ESPN.com's Pat Yasinskas first reported, Ryan, reserve QB D.J. Shockley and receiver Brian Finneran were on their way to the team's complex and their car was stopped at a red light in Duluth, Ga. Another car slid into them on a rain-slicked street. A team spokesman just told Yasinskas the three players were not injured and traveled with the team to Baltimore on Wednesday night. The Falcons finish their pre-season with a game against the Ravens.
