The good news is Keith will not face the charges of disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor on which he was arrested early Sunday. Keith was released from jail later Sunday on his own recognizance. His initial hearing on the misdemeanor charge is set for Wednesday.
