The Facts:
The Colts re-signed Fletcher, a restricted free agents. Terms of the new contracts was not disclosed Monday, although he received a one-year qualifying offers in February.

Fletcher, who signed with the Colts as a free agent out of UCLA in 2005, has started 18 of 46 games in three seasons. He had 143 yards receiving last season. He could, of course, pick up the pace a bit this season. With Ben Utecht now in Cincinnati, Fletcher should move into the No. 2 spot behind Dallas Clark in an offense that tends to rely heavily on two-TE sets.
