White has been assigned a May 1 court date for a citation he received last month in Denver.

White was cited for "Interference, resistance, destruction of private property, refused order of officer and destruction of private property" following the alleged incident on March 15 in downtown Denver. White's uncle, Herman White, who witnessed some of the alleged incident, recently said it "is nowhere near what is being portrayed. ..." Stay tuned. We'll know more come the first of next month.
