The Facts:
In addition to the Monday altercation (allegedly) that got receiver Chris Henry cuffed by the cops and then cut by the Bengals, there’s another incident that could land Henry and two guys still employed by the team in hot water. According to WLWT-TV, Henry, Perry and DT Domata Peko were at a club called "BANG" in Cincinnati, where they allegedly caused an early-morning ruckus last Sunday.

A league source told PFT that the players have refused to pay anything to "BANG," and that charges will be pursued. Once again, if charges are filed and substantiated, don't be surprised if Perry and Peko wind up following Henry out the door.
