The Rams were believed to be most interested in Collins, given that former Redskins assistant Al Saunders, who brought Collins to D.C. after a stint together in Kansas City, is now the offensive coordinator in St. Louis. The Jaguars and Falcons were also believed to have some interest. With new HC Jim Zorn committed to Jason Campbell as his starter, Collins will stay in the No. 2 spot.
