Jacksonville announced a trade for Williamson on Friday morning, three days after news broke that the deal was done.

The Jaguars did not disclose the terms for Williamson or what sent to the Vikings, but it was widely reported that they surrendered a sixth-round pick in the upcoming draft to get him. It remains to be seen whether Williamson can get his career on track in J-ville. Despite being one of the fastest receivers in the NFL, he has only three career touchdown catches in three seasons. The Jaguars hope he can shore up his inconsistency and become a stretch-the-field receiver the team has needed since Jimmy Smith retired following the 2005 season.
