Manning's presence in Miami doesn't mean he's there to visit with the Dolphins. Manning has a house there. But as PFT's Mike Florio notes, the South Florida frenzy that already has emerged regarding Manning won't be going anywhere until Manning makes his decision. And until proven otherwise, I'll continue to believe that Manning will, like Jim Harbaugh and Jeff Fisher before him, know that the key to getting the best offer elsewhere will be to get Dolphins owner Stephen Ross to open his wallet as wide as it will go.
