Cimini notes that Brown's production has declined steadily in recent years, but he knows new OC Tony Sparano's offense and could fill a need. The Jets want a back to complement Shonn Greene and they're not sure if Bilal Powell is ready. Brown spent the 2011 season backing up LeSean McCoy but wasn't particularly impressive in that capacity.
