Further tests by the Eagles revealed that Vick does not have a fracture in his hand. Andy Reid said Vick was “relieved” by the news, although swelling in the hand has not gone down yet after a “contusion.”

Reid wouldn’t say whether Vick could play this week, simply focusing on Vick’s swelling. ... The Eagles also got good news about Jeremy Maclin’s hamstring. The team feared a serious injury, but an MRI revealed Maclin is “day-to-day” and the injury is not too serious.
