The Titans have now confirmed the news. Britt will require surgery to repair the ligament in his right knee, and he’ll miss the rest of the season (Britt will be placed on IR). It’s a huge blow to the Titans, who have lose one of the best young receivers in the NFL. ... Look for the team to add a replacement via free agency. Donnie Avery and Craig Davis are reportedly scheduled for workouts. It's also safe to assume Randy Moss' name will be bandied about. ... Stay tuned.
