Mannignham stated Monday that he’s passed whatever tests ne needs to pass following the concussion he suffered last week against the Rams and will definitely play this Sunday against the Cardinals.

The Giants, though, say Manningham still needs to pass the final post-concussion tests and he has not been cleared. Manningham says he’s feeling better and expects to practice Wednesday. Manningham, who was held out in Philadelphia, said he would not have felt comfortable playing against the Eagles. “I would have been delayed a little bit out there in the huddle,’’ he said.
