The Facts:
Britt limped out of the stadium Sunday wearing a brace over his right knee. Coach Mike Munchak will not speculate on the seriousness of the injury. “Obviously, it didn’t look good when he got hurt,” HC Mike Munchak said after a 17-14 win over the Broncos. “We will have to wait until tomorrow to see the extent of that. ..." Britt had even less to say as he walked out of the locker room past reporters. “My status is limping,” Britt said.

Initial indications regarding the knee injury to Britt were that he suffered a sprained MCL only. That theory has given way to a far more dire potential diagnosis. Multiple sources now tell both Peter King and PFT's Mike Florio that there is fear within the organization that Britt may have torn an ACL. That's the same thing ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting. The increasing smoke suggests some fire. ... Stay tuned. The diagnosis comes tomorrow, when an MRI is performed.
