The call lasted over an hour and NFL Network insider Albert Breer reports that Judge Nelson ordered the substance of talks be kept in strict confidence. ... In case you missed it, the decertified players' union issued a statement Thursday that it's amenable to having mediation in federal court. The owners want to return mediation to Washington, D.C. in front of George S. Cohen again. The players are extremely opposed to doing so, though.
