An unnamed NFL general manager told Profootbaltalk.com's Mike Florio that he expects a "boatload" of teams to submit claims. Of the teams expected to claim Moss, multiple league insiders believe the Patriots will do so as well. ... Stay tuned. We'll follow up as needed.
