The Titans, who were 23rd on the waiver claim list, have a need with Kenny Britt already ruled for Week 10 -- and likely beyond. And HC Jeff Fisher has made it clear he feels comfortable dealing with Moss, who apparently feels the same. ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Moss couldn't be more pleased and will report to the Titans as required. ... Remember: Tennessee is on the bye this week so Moss will have time to get up to speed with the scheme.
