The Facts:
Jackson is in the third year of the four-year contract he signed when he was selected in the second round of the 2008 draft and has made no secret of his desire for a new contract. The intial deal was a deal in accordance with his draft position, but it does not account for his unprecedented first two seasons as an Eagles receiver.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
According to Inquirer staffer Jeff McClane, the Eagles' front office and Jackson's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, aren't talking publicly or privately. But at least two people close to the receiver have told McClane a new deal could come sooner rather than later, although a looming lockout could make it much later.
