HC Andy Reid says Jackson will participate in his first full practice on Wednesday since sustaining a concussion in a nasty head-on collision with Atlanta cornerback Dunta Robinson on Oct. 17. Jackson missed Philadelphia’s 37-19 loss at Tennessee. The Eagles had a bye last week. Jackson said earlier this week his availability for the Colts will be a game-time decision.
