The Facts:
For the first time, Browns president Mike Holmgren indicated that one of the team's QBs -- Derek Anderson or Brady Quinn -- probably won't be back this season. "I think it's a longshot," Holmgren said. "But never say never. But I've gone on record saying I don't like QB competitions. They did that last year. And that didn't work all that great."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Holmgren said ideally he would like to see a QB play two years in the same system, but that's probably not going to be possible. Holmgren said his decision on the Browns' QB situation will be dictated by two particular deadlines -- the free agency signing and trading periods beginning March 5 and a $2 million roster bonus due Anderson on March 19.
