Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Most observers expect the Chiefs to run a 3-4 defense this fall and according to his
NFL.com scouting report, Jackson has the frame, strength and run-stuffing ability to fit the mold of the type of defensive end used in that system. The Chiefs set an NFL record last year for fewest sacks in a season and since dealing Jared Allen a year ago, they don't have a pass rusher on the edge. So as the Sports Xchange suggests, whether they play the 3-4 or the 4-3 or some hybrid that combines the two, the Chiefs needed an outside push. Jackson is it.
