Widely viewed as the first real shocker of the draft. ... Or is it? Given Raider owner Al Davis' history, why should anybody be surprised to see him take speed over talent. According to his NFL.com scouting report, Heyward-Bey set a Maryland record with a 4.23 clocking in the 40-yard dash during 2006 pre-season drills. Always known for his blazing speed, he added a new wrinkle to his game the last two seasons, proving to be a dangerous threat on the reverse or when operating out of the backfield as a slot back. Still, as a pure receiving, Heyward-Bey isn't the strongest prospect.
