Greg Camarillo Keeping Positive Outlook
(4/8 6:48 PT)

The Facts:
Four months removed from Dec. 9 knee surgery to repair torn ligaments, Camarillo still has a long way to go before he resembles the player who had a career-high 55 catches in just 11 games. "Everything has been gradual," he said. "When you start jogging, it's rough, your form looks ugly; kind of like when you first start walking."  Reported by the Palm Beach Post

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
When the team began off-season workouts last week, Camarillo was content to be jogging, a major step in his three-hour-a-day rehab. Because of the organization has rules against providing injury information, Camarillo can't discuss the steps that lay ahead. It's safe to assume, however, that making good on GM Jeff Ireland's belief Camarillo will be ready to line up as the starter opposite Ted Ginn this fall will be a significant challenge. Still, Camarillo believes he'll be ready for to go when the time comes. "My goal is to have no effects of knee surgery by training camp," he said. We shall see.
