The Facts:
Edwards visited Tampa this week and said doctors found nothing unusual about the late-season shoulder soreness he felt. “The shoulder is great," said Edwards on a visit to the Super Bowl XLIII headquarters. “I’ve had a lot of rest and recovery. ... The swelling has subsided and it’s fine. It was the normal wear and tear from the season."

In case you missed it, the Bills sent Edwards for a routine MRI on his shoulder during his year-end physical. He did not miss any playing time as a result of the soreness during the season. He visited a handful of doctors to get their opinions on the shoulder. “There was nothing major," Edwards said. “I met with a lot of doctors. Everyone thinks it’s all good and there’s nothing I need to do." Edwards did miss 2 games in December due to a strained groin. He returned to play the final two games of the season.
