According to NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, Sorgi is being held out of tonight's game against the Bills due to a sore knee.

Per Schefter, Sorgi is bothered by some stiffness in the knee and given Peyton Manning's uncertain status (owner Jim Irsay told Schefter before tonight's game he expected Manning to be ready Week 1 -- but wouldn't guarantee it) it would appear the team is playing it safe. Jared Lorenzen started in Sorgi's place.
