The Facts:
The Saints also had new injury issues Saturday night with two other starters: Colston and running back Reggie Bush. Colston left the game after an incomplete pass on third down of the Saints' first drive. Payton said Colston had bruised ribs but X-rays were negative.

Bush left the game late in the first quarter. He had two carries for six yards. Bush said he was hit in the thigh during a punt return. It was the first time he returned punts in the preseason. "I could have kept playing, but it didn't seem important to go back in and risk further injury," said Bush, who ran one yard on his first punt return and 13 on his second.
