The Facts:
Two NFL sources said Marshall, the Broncos' star receiver who had 102 receptions last season, met Friday morning with league commissioner Roger Goodell in New York. Goodell is expected to announce a decision next week on whether he will suspend Marshall, and if so, for how long.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
HC Mike Shanahan said recently he didn't think Marshall should be suspended, saying most of his troubles stem from a stormy relationship that has since been terminated. But as Post staffer Mike Klis reminded readers, Goodell met with Adam Jones, Chris Henry and Tank Johnson regarding their personal conduct transgressions. Jones received a minimum one-year suspension, and Henry and Johnson both were suspended for eight games. Marshall -- if he is punished -- is not likely to be suspended that long, primarily because despite all his incidents, he never has been convicted of a crime since joining the NFL in 2006. Either way, it's a situation we'll follow closely. Stay tuned.
