NFL spokesman Greg Aiello tells us that the eligibility of Henry to re-join the league is "under review."

As noted in a previous item, charges against Henry were dropped earlier today -- just as a second trial on an assault charge was about to get started. Henry had been accused of punching a University of Cincinnati student earlier in the year. The Bengals cut Henry in the wake of the arrest and commissioner Roger Goodell placed the troubled receiver on indefinite suspension pending the outcome of the case. ...
