The Facts:
HC Ken Whisenhunt was asked if there are any plans to resurrect the dual-quarterback scheme from last year, when he'd alternate between Leinart and veteran Kurt Warner, with Warner working goal-line and no-huddle situations. "I certainly wouldn't rule something like that out," the coach said.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Whisenhunt started the platoon system early last season, before Leinart suffered a season-ending injury. "Last year we did it because we felt it gave us the best chance to win," Whisenhunt explained. "It wasn't really a thing about who did this better. Obviously, Kurt ran the no huddle better at that time." But Whisenhunt went on to suggest Leinart is improving sufficiently in the two-minute offense to render the platoon obsolete. "I wouldn't say we wouldn't [rotate], but I don't anticipate that being a necessity for us this year. ..." Let's hope not. The Cardinals' starting QB could be an effective Fantasy weapon -- assuming he's not splitting snaps.
