Jauron (Sort Of) Addresses Marshawn Lynch's Issues
(6/11 1:10 PT)

The Facts:
Following up on an ongoing story. ... Lynch, who was in attendance and practicing for the opening of today's mandatory mini-camp, is awaiting word from the Erie County District Attorney's office whether it was going to charge him for his alleged role in a hit-and-run accident on May 31. "The Buffalo police department has an ongoing investigation," HC Dick Jauron said. "We have great faith in them, and we have great faith in the legal system. Marshawn has representation, so any comment will come from either him or his lawyer." Reported by ESPN.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
In case you haven't been paying attention, district attorney Frank Clark has said his office believes Lynch was the driver of a 2008 Porsche SUV that struck a woman in downtown Buffalo. Should Lynch be charged, ESPN.com insider John Clayton believes the second-year back likely would be able to play most, if not all, of the 2008 season. ... We'll continue to watching for more and bring you pertinent developments as they come to our attention.
