The Facts:
The attorney of Lynch, who is facing possible charges on a hit-and-run accident, met with Erie County District Attorney Frank Clark on Monday. On Friday, Clark told reporters that Lynch could be charged with a misdemeanor for leaving the scene of an accident in which a pedestrian was injured.

As noted in a previous item, Lynch was in attendance at practice Monday but did not participate due to laser surgery he had performed on his eyes on Friday, which was why he missed that day’s practice. The corrective surgery was scheduled long ago. It remains to be seen whether today's meeting between his lawyer and authorities will result in an announcement of any kind. We'll pass along anything pertinent if/when developments warrant.
