Following up on an ongoing story. .... Per Brian Seltzer of ESPN Radio 950 in Philly, McNabb practiced on a "very limited" basis on Monday, not throwing any passes for the last hour of the workout.

As noted in a previous item, McNabb has been on a "pitch count" since May. Last week, receiver Kevin Curtis suggested that McNabb's shoulder is sore. Team officials continue to downplay the issue -- as is McNabb, who told reporters Monday that he's not concerned about the shoulder and that he's confident it will improve. Which, as PFT's Mike Florio suggests, implies that there's something wrong with it. ... It's worth watching, but we'd advise against making any hard and fast decisions based on this one just yet.
