As PFT's Mike Florio suggests, the plan is clear: Stoke the fans and the media into continuing to pressure the Bengals to accept the reported offer of a first-round pick in 2008 and as much as another second-rounder in 2009 from the Redskins. ... We still don't see the Bengals giving on this one -- but we didn't see Randy Moss going to New England this time last year, either. Stay tuned.
