White had a solid season -- 36 catches -- as an undrafted rookie in 2010 but he fell off the radar last year due to a combination of QB and injury issues (White ended the season on injured reserve with a troublesome knee). While his release wasn't expected, Indianapolis Star staffer Phillip B. Wilson suggests it could have something to do with White's history of lingering injuries.
