Thursday's report explaining how trading Wallace might make sense, longtime Steelers beat reporter Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette was more succinct in his analysis: "Ain't happening."

While there's no doubting there are teams said to be interested in trading for Wallace. But it does appear the person saying that is Wallace's agent, Bus Cook, who clearly has reason to put that word out there. Then again, as NFL.com's Gregg Rosenthal suggests, there will be teams interested in trading for Wallace for less than a first-round pick. But it takes two teams to trade, and it appears the Steelers will have no interest in such a move.
