ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Twitter that Garcon passed on a 5-year contract deal from the Colts.

The terms of the deal are unknown at this time but if the Colts feel that a major overhaul is needed to reinvigorate the team, they might not be willing to dig as deep into their pockets as Garcon would like. While terrible quarterback play crippled the offense this past season, Garcon set his career high in both catches and yardage. That should garner some interest on the free agent market if the Colts can't lock him up.
