Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Gore has been rehabilitating primarily in his Miami, his hometown, this offseason. As CSN.com's Matt Maiocco reminded readers, Gore rushed for 853 yards and three touchdowns before his injury, which occurred in the first quarter of the 49ers' 11th game -- a Monday night game against the Arizona Cardinals. The injury did not require surgery. At the time, Gore also led the 49ers with 46 receptions for 452 yards and two touchdowns. ... As Profootballtalk.com notes, injuries have limited him to just one career 16-game season, but Fantasy Football owners should pay more attention to the fact Gore has averaged an impressive 4.57 yards per carry over the past two seasons while excelling as both a receiver and blocker.
