According to ESPN.com's Matt Mosley, a Redskins spokesman confirmed that Banks was injured in the incident, which occurred shortly after 3 a.m. Saturday. He was admitted to a hospital in stable condition. Banks was released from the hospital Saturday afternoon a source told The Washington Post. Banks, a rookie out of Kansas State, played in 13 games for the Redskins and amassed 1,155 yards and a touchdown as a kick returner.
