Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press expects Hanson to miss 2-3 weeks with a sprained MCL. As PFT suggested, Hanson's absence was an underrated factor in Detroit's overtime loss to the Jets. The Lions are 0-5 in games decided by eight points or less this year.
