Per multiple reports, HC Tony Sparano made the disclosure at a Wednesday press conference. As a result, Pennington is the new starter. "This is not an indictment on Chad Henne, not an indictment on his future," Sparano said, via Mike Berardino of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
