Following up on a previous item. ... Schilens was held out of Friday morning's practice after leaving Thursday's late session before it was over. HC Tom Cable told reporters that Schilens sustained no new injury to foot but will be monitored for the rest of camp. He may go on a one-a-day schedule.

Per Tribune staffer Jerry McDonald, Schilens’ case will be watched closely because he’s had two surgeries on his left foot within the past year for a broken metatarsal, an injury which cut short his training camp in 2009 and cost him half of the regular season.
