The Ravens and former Bulger have reached an agreement on a one-year, $3.8 million deal according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The Rams released Bulger in April. Bulger started eight games last season and ended the season on injured reserve. He made started 95 games for St. Louis starting in 2002, but has been plagued by injuries in recent years. In Baltimore, he adds experienced depth behind starter Joe Flacco. It's not clear what Bulger's arrival means for current backup Troy Smith. We'll watch for more in coming days.
