Spagnuolo said he’s still evaluating the Rams’ QB situation and that he has a good feel for Bulger, Kyle Boller and Keith Null because all three played last season. “There’s still a long ways to go here,” Spagnuolo said of his off-season evaluations. That said, we're not ready to dismiss the initial report reliable St. Louis-based scribe and radio host Howard Balzer. Injuries (Bulger has missed 11 games) and poor performance (passer ratings of 70.3, 71.4 and 70.7, respectively) in the last three seasons will make his 2010 salary ($8.5 million) hard for the current regime to swallow.
