The Facts:
Sanchez will have surgery Wednesday on his left knee, the club announced. Sanchez, who returned to New Jersey this week following a vacation, will have the surgery to stabilize the patella ligament in the knee.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Sanchez will be sidelined roughly two months and miss the start of the off-season program next month. But he has said he’ll "definitely" be ready for the start of training camp in July. Following the surgery, Sanchez will no longer have to wear a brace on the knee. Sanchez initially injured the knee before his junior season at USC and later suffered a bone bruise. He aggravated the knee this past season in a Week 12 game against the Carolina Panthers, with his kneecap popping out of place and then back in. The surgery will prevent that from happening again.
