In a move that comes as no surprise, Howard Balzer reports via Twitter that Bulger has cleaned out his locker.

ESPN's Adam Schefter subsequently advised his Twitter followers that Bulger did not clean out his locker. Rams equipment men did, just as they cleaned out everyone's locker at end of year. ... Still, after three seasons in which he's fallen fall short or expectations, PFT's Mike Florio believes the Rams will no longer be able to justify paying Bulger $8.5 million in 2010 -- especially considering the fact neither G.M. Billy Devaney nor HC Steve Spagnuolo had any role in acquiring Bulger or financially rewarding him. Balzer's report lends further credence to the already prevailing notion Bulger will be gone by March 5.
