The Facts:
As the Browns prepare to "pay the man," they're also reportedly planning to "use the man." Terry Pluto of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that the Browns hope to increase the number of offensive snaps in which receiver Josh Cribbs participates from 40 percent to 50 percent.

Per the report, Cribbs would be used both at receiver and Wildcat running back in hopes of forcing defenses to account for him even if he doesn't get the ball. ... It makes sense. But as PFT's Mike Florio suggests, if the Browns plan to use Cribbs more they better be ready to pay him that way.
