According to a league source, Bennett is scheduled to work out for the Ravens on Friday, as the team is looking for a receiver thanks to the potential retirement of ex-Titans star Derrick Mason. The Ravens are also working out veteran receiver D.J. Hackett, according to various reports.

Bennett, 30, was released by the St. Louis Rams earlier this off-season and has had visits with the Titans (his first team), as well as the Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Bennett is looking to reignite his NFL career after struggling with a foot injury in his final season with the Rams, with whom he signed a $30 million package in 2007.
