The Facts:
Palmer, coming off a mysterious elbow injury that sidelined him for 12 games last season,
spoke with AOL Fanhouse's Nancy Gay and said he's all the way back. "I'm great. I feel great. I'm 100 percent healthy, throwing, lifting, running all that stuff." Palmer said he needed to improve as arm strength last month, but now is fully ready for training camp.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Despite the loss of T.J. Houshmandzadeh, PFT and NBC's Gregg Rosenthal suggests that Palmer arguably has the deepest receiver group of his run in Cincinnati. In addition to Chad Ochocinco and Laveranues Coles, who replaces Houshmandzadeh, Rosenthal reports that second year pro Andre Caldwell looks like a playmaker and that Chris Henry has kept quiet this offseason. We tend to agree. We especially like Henry as a sleeper prospect this year.
