As FOXSports.com's Alex Marvez noted, the Bucs are undergoing a youth movement under first-year HC Raheem Morris and GM Mark Dominik so Griese's departure seemed inevitable. The Bucs added two QBs last month by signing ex-Jacksonville starter Byron Leftwich and using a first-round draft choice on Josh Freeman. The team re-signed five-year veteran Luke McCown earlier this offseason and still has 2008 fifth-round pick Josh Johnson on the roster.
