The Facts:
TMZ.com reports Burress had another run-in with cops earlier this month -- but this time, the only person packing heat was the guy holding the badge. Plaxico racked up four separate violations ... at the same time ... when Florida cops pulled over the Giants WR's black SUV on March 1st -- speeding (60 in a 45), improper display of tags, improper lane change and for improper window tinting (too dark).

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Of course, as Profootballtalk.com's Mike Florio suggests, this latest transgression pales in comparison to the November 2008 incident in Manhattan, during which Burress blew two holes through his thigh with a gun he was carrying in the waistband of his sweatpants. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 3.5 years, if convicted. Still, Florio contends, whether it’s paying taxes or taking care of parking tickets or obtaining a license to carry a gun or showing up on time for work, Burress simply has no tolerance for complying with the rules (a trait that won't go over well if Burress winds up doing time).
